We currently offer nationwide delivery across Kuwait, covering all areas. If your location is outside Kuwait, please contact us at support@shopezeenow.com to check for possible shipping arrangements.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 0–1 business day (Saturday to Thursday).
Orders placed after 4:00 PM (Kuwait time) are processed the next business day.

What are the delivery times within Kuwait?

  • Handling Time: 0–1 business day
  • Transit Time: 1–2 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 1–3 business days after processing
  • Order Cut-off Time: 4:00 PM (UTC+03:00) Kuwait.

Please note: delivery times may vary slightly due to weather, traffic, or high-demand periods.

What are the shipping costs?

We charge a fixed delivery fee of KD 0.750 per order.
You can also pick up your order directly from our store at no extra cost.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can use the tracking link to follow your delivery in real time. If you don’t receive the tracking email, contact us at support@shopezeenow.com with your order number.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package hasn’t arrived within 3 days of the expected delivery date, please reach out to us. We’ll contact our delivery personnel to locate your package or arrange a replacement.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@shopezeenow.com within 48 hours of delivery. Attach clear photos of the damage and include your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes — if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@shopezeenow.com to update your address. Once shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

What is your return policy?

You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty or we made an error.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To return or exchange an item:

  • Securely pack the item to prevent damage.
  • Ship it using your preferred courier or deliver it to our store.
  • We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. You’ll be notified by email once the refund is completed. We do not charge any restocking fees.
