Refund Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return item must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging, with all accessories and documentation. Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided during return process.

Return Process:

To process a return, please contact our customer support at +965-90958053 within 14 working days and our team will guide you with instructions on how to return the item and process your refund.

Item Condition:

Item must be in original condition, new, unused, sealed, and undamaged exactly same as it was delivered for it to be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Charges:

Please note that Delivery and Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer if any.

Refund Method:

Item has to be returned by the customer to ShopEzee Office. Once we received your returned item, we will inspect and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, you refund will be initiate to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take more time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

Damages & Item Issues:

Please note If any item you received defective or damaged, please contact our customer support on +965-90958053. We will inspect and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will Co-ordinate with you for a replacement or refund.

Non-eligible Items for Return and Refund

• Items which are non-refundable and non-returnable these include digital License, Softwares, and Downloadable content.
• In addition to that consumable item such as inks and toners, once opened or used, cannot be returned or refunded due to their nature.
• Non-Warranty Items like Power Adaptors and Power supplies
